Profile/Resume Product Simplification UX/UI
Streamlined CB.com User Profile page by consolidating two similar tabs and eliminating any unnecessary clutter and dead ends. This change would enable our users to navigate efficiently during Sign-in/Sign-up and allowing us to capture a users resume early on in the process.

An enjoyable project for CareerBuilder's Social Referral Product. Goal was to gamify interactions to make it more engaging for internal employees to interact socially and share internal job opportunities.
We achieved this by designing custom in-house graphics and engaging user centered functionality.
